Sound healing uses specific instruments and vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind and spirit.

These vibrational frequencies create a therapeutic atmosphere which balances the nervous system promoting emotional release and deep rest. It will stimulate mental energy and heighten self awareness.

Sound healing can be used to address all manner of physical and emotional imbalances. It can boost your immune system and unlock the hidden cause of illness; from digestive issues to anxiety, depression,  insomnia, or arthritis - to name a few.

Sound healing, encourages your body’s energy to find balance or homeostasis. Homeostasis is imperative to healing the physical body and emotional body.

As with Reiki, Sound Baths, though always enjoyable, often require more than one session to bring about the mental, emotional or physical change you need or desire. 

If you have a pacemaker, insulin pump or any metal in your body, please consult with your physician before participating in a Sound Bath.

Group Sound Bath -Maximun 8 clients, minimum 3 (supports mind, body & spirit)

• Prior to arrival, set an intention for your physical and mental well-being and leave your skepticism behind

• Before and after your session drink plenty of water and eat light, healthy meals.

• Your Sound Bath begins by sitting comfortably on a zero gravity chair.

• The session starts with a short guided meditation, followed by 45 minutes of relaxing, massage-like vibrations emitted from crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, steel drum, solfeggio tubes and more. 

• Water, a healthy snack and a reiki crystal is provided with each session - but feel free to bring a cozy blanket because some people get a bit chilly.

Private Solfeggio Tuning Fork & Chakra Balancing Session

• You remain fully clothed while lying on a message table or sitting on a massage chair, if preferred.

• Weighted Solfeggio and Chakra Tuning Forks balance the Vortexes of energy found in the seven major points along the body called Chakras.

• These seven chakras coincide with our emotional and spiritual state, as well as various organs and physical functions throughout the body.

• When out of balance, we can feel physically, emotionally and spiritually unwell.
